How do I measure my wall?
Measure the full width and full height of your wall. Please double-check your measurements before placing your order.
Can you make murals around windows and doors?
Yes. We can adjust the design around windows, doors, and other obstacles. Please contact us before ordering.
Can I install the mural myself?
Yes, the mural can be installed yourself, but professional installation is strongly recommended as it requires skill and precision to achieve the best finish.
Do you offer installation services?
Yes. We offer installation services in major cities across Pakistan. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability in your city.
What type of wall is suitable?
Murals should only be installed on smooth, clean, dry, and dust-free walls. Damp, rough, uneven, or damaged walls are not suitable for wallpaper installation.
How do I clean the mural?
Gently wipe the surface with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and scrubbing.

Is delivery free?
Yes, we offer free delivery across Pakistan.
Do I need to pay in advance?
Yes. A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your wall mural order. The remaining 50% can be paid upon delivery.
Why do I need to pay 50% in advance?
Our wall murals are made to order according to your selected design and exact wall measurements. Once an order is confirmed, the mural is produced specifically for you and cannot be resold or used for another customer. The 50% advance payment confirms your commitment to the order and ensures that the order will be accepted upon delivery. The remaining 50% can be paid upon delivery.
Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes, we deliver our wall murals across Pakistan.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your location and order. You will receive your order within the estimated delivery time provided by our team.
Should I record an unboxing video?
Yes. We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when opening your order. This helps us verify any damage or issue with the product.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Can I return or exchange my mural?
Our murals are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect measurements.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect mural?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, photos, and unboxing video. If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will provide a replacement or suitable solution.
What if I entered the wrong measurements?
Please check your measurements carefully before placing your order. Murals made according to incorrect measurements provided by the customer cannot be returned or exchanged.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible.
Will the colors look exactly like they do on my screen?
Colors may vary slightly due to different screens, devices, and lighting conditions. Minor color differences do not qualify for a return or refund.
